Bottle Rinsing Series
RINSING SERIES
This bottle rinsing series cleans the internals of a wide range of bottles, packages, and containers via sterilised liquid or filtered air. It is also to be integrated with an inline system with a continuous run to feed to the fillers and other processes. The air rinse types are available with HEPA filters for clean air supply. The series is available to users in semi-automatic mode to reduce the rate of part replacement for economical operation.
Filling Series
LIQUID FILLING MACHINES
This versatile filling series utilizes a level filling system. The filling is facilitated by a gravity pump, transferring product to the bottles by the filling nozzles. Once the preset level is reached, the bottle lift will be automatically levelled away from the bottles and stop the filling. It is very wide application range from liquid food and beverages packing, edible oils, household chemicals and etc.
Capping Series
CAPPAMATIC SERIES
The Cappamatic series is designed to manage most available cap types to suit your production needs. There are semi-automatic and automatic types of cappers to suit higher capacities and specialized production lines. Types of capping include Screw-On (SOPP), Press-On, Roll-On Pilfer Proof (ROPP) capping and etc.
Label & Packing Series
LABELLING & PACKING MACHINES SERIES
The automatic bottle packing machine “STARPACK” and “STARDIVERT” series is suitable for receiving and arranging the containers which arrive from the filling section and for picking and placing them in the right number into cardboard boxes, cases or trays.
Monobloc Series
MONOBLOC SERIES
This section is composed of 16 specially designed filling nozzles for high vacuum filling. The infeed pump is suitable for the kind of product to be treated and complete with pneumatic actuated control valve. Vacuum is created with oil-less vacuum pump to assist suck back of excess product in the bottle to the vacuum intercepting tank and back to the product tank by pump.
